Wang Yiren signed a Share Transfer Agreement to acquire a 5.15% stake in Union Optech Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300691) from Shantou Lianguang Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) for approximately CNY 190 million on July 21, 2023. Under the terms, Wang Yiren will pay CNY 13.6 per share to acquire 13,783,956 shares in Union Optech. After the agreement becomes effective and before July 28, 2023, Wang Yiren will pay the full amount.
