  Union Pacific Corp. on Friday said Rhonda Ferguson, executive vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary, is leaving the company, effective Sept. 25, to pursue other opportunities. 


  The Omaha, Neb., freight railroad said Craig Richardson, who had been vice president of commercial and regulatory law, will serve as interim executive vice president and chief legal officer. 


  Union Pacific said it will conduct a search to identify a successor to Ms. Ferguson, who joined the company in 2016.
