Unirita Inc. (JASDAQ:3800) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 800,100 shares, representing 9.52% of the outstanding shares for ¥1,268.16 million. The program will run until January 31, 2020. As of October 31, 2019, the company had 8,405,102 shares outstanding and 94,898 shares in treasury.
UNIRITA Inc. is mainly engaged in the Information Technology (IT) business. The Company operates in five business segments. The Cloud business segment provides group products and services as cloud services in areas such as data utilization, system operation, labor management and back office operations. The Product business segment develops and sells package software for in-house developed open systems and provides maintenance services. The Solution business segment provides consulting on data utilization and IT system operation, and provides various technical support.
