Unisyst Engineering PLC reported unaudited earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2021. For the quarter, the company reported revenue of LKR 99,152,000 compared to LKR 43,222,000 a year ago. Loss from operating activities was LKR 10,546,000 compared to profit of LKR 2,933,000 a year ago. Loss for the period was LKR 8,884,000 compared to LKR 6,225,000 a year ago. Loss per share was LKR 0.20 compared to LKR 0.14 a year ago.
For the year, the company reported revenue of LKR 451,544,000 compared to LKR 317,217,000 a year ago. Loss from operating activities was LKR 96,033,000 compared to LKR 19,017,000 a year ago. Loss for the period was LKR 71,184,000 compared to LKR 47,047,000 a year ago. Loss per share was LKR 1.61 compared to LKR 1.07 a year ago.
Unisyst Engineering PLC is a manufacturer and supplier of architectural aluminum joinery systems, glazing and facade products. It specializes in custom-made manufacturing and installation of aluminum windows and doors, enclosures, shop fronts, facades, louvers, and awnings. The Companyâs products include frameless facade, curtain wall, windows, skylight, thermal break, doors, security doors, louvers, shower cubicles, glass partition, auto doors, aluminum composite panels (ACP), ceiling panels, mirrors, hand and guard rails and glass canopy. The Companyâs projects include NDB EDB Tower, Luna Tower, Kingsbury Hotel, Western Provincial Council, Orion City, Sri Lanka Customs Office, Brandix Head Office, Sierra Construction Head Office, Institute of Chartered Accountants, Star Garments Innovation Center, Grand Beach Hotel, Cinnamon Lakeside, and Goldi Sands Hotel.
