Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30(3) of the SEBI- (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Closure of Operations of Patna Unit.
Pursuant to sub-regulation 3 of Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we would like to inform that, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today have approved closure of operations of non-alcoholic beverages (NAB) manufactured out of our unit at Naubatpur, near Patna. The company has made alternate arrangements of manufacturing on contract with a third-party contractor, considering the economies in scale of operations for NAB products. Details in the prescribed format under Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations is as under:

To derive economies in scale of operation in NAB products, the company has made alternate arrangements through a third-party contract manufacturer to derive economic advantage.
