United Global Limited Announces Cessation of Leong Koon Weng as an Independent Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee

United Global Limited announced the retirement of Mr. Leong Koon Weng as an Independent Director at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 30 April 2021 who will consequently cease to be the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee.
