United Overseas Insurance Limited Appoints Cheo Chai Hong as Independent Director, Member of Audit and Risk Committee and Member of Nominating Committee

The Board of United Overseas Insurance Limited has accepted the Nominating Committee (NC)'s recommendation to appoint Mr. Cheo Chai Hong as an Independent Director, Member of Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) and Member of Nominating Committee (NC) of UOI as he has the requisite skills, knowledge and expertise that are relevant to the needs of UOI and its business and which will enrich the collective skill set, expertise of the Board. The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has approved the appointment of Mr. Cheo Chai Hong. Working Experience: (July 2005 to April 2017) United Overseas Bank Limited Managing Director, Group Credit Approval.
