United Labels AG reported earnings results for the first six months of 2018. For the period, the company recorded Group revenue of EUR 13.6 million against EUR 14.7 million a year ago. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose to EUR 1.4 million against EUR 1.3 million a year ago. Fuelled by high-margin revenue generated within the Special Retail segment, EBIT rose by 13.6% to EUR 1,127,000 against EUR 992,000 a year ago. Post-tax profit for the Group improved by 59.2% to EUR 457,000 in the current financial year against EUR 287,000.
