Item 2.02  Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 11, 2021, Unity Software Inc. (the "Company") furnished a Current Report
on Form 8-K the "Original 8-K") which included a press release disclosing
financial results for the three month period ended March 31, 2021. This Current
Report on Form 8-K/A amends the Original 8-K solely for the purpose of
correcting a clerical error which incorrectly omitted the maturities of
marketable securities line item in the Company's condensed consolidated
statements of cash flows.
A copy of the corrected press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this
Current Report on Form 8-K/A and is incorporated herein by reference. The
information in this Current Report on Form 8-K/A and the exhibit attached hereto
shall not be deemed "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities
Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"), or otherwise subject to
the liabilities of that section, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by
reference into any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the
Exchange Act, regardless of any general incorporation language in such filing,
except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such filing.
Other than correction of the error discussed in this Current Report on Form
8-K/A, no other changes have been made to the Original Form 8-K or the press
release furnished therewith.
