Umesh Vishwanath Katti and Lava Ramesh Katti made an offer to acquire a 26% stake in HKG Limited from its shareholders for approximately INR 190 million.

Lava Ramesh Katti made an offer to acquire a 26% stake in HKG Limited (BSE:539097) from its shareholders for approximately INR 190 million on July 25, 2022. Lava Ramesh each will acquire equal stakes representing 6.825 million shares at an offer price of INR 14.2. On the same date, an SPA between Lava Ramesh and HKg Money Tech Private Limited for a 4.8571% stake of HKG limited. Post closing, Lava Ramesh will hold 30.8571% stake of HKG limited.

The tender offer will commence on September 23, 2022, and close on October 7, 2022. Harpreet Parashar of Corporate Capital Ventures is acting as a financial advisor to Lava Ramesh Katti. Swapnil Kate of BIGSHARE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is acting as transfer agent for Lava Ramesh Katti.
