Urbas Grupo Financiero, S.A. (BME:UBS) acquired Grupo Chr Canary Island for EUR 9 million on August 31, 2022. With this acquisition, Urbas will have a direct workforce of close to 1,200 workers, after the integration of the hundred CHR workers.
