Its Retail Banking segment includes lending, deposits and other banking services provided to retail customers of the Bank through a branch network. Its Treasury segment includes dealings in statutory liquidity ratio (SLR) and non-SLR investments, maintenance of reserve requirements and resource mobilization from other banks and financial institutions.
