On a per-share basis, the Hanover, Pennsylvania-based company said it had a loss of 34 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 16 cents per share.

The results missed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 17 cents per share.

The company posted revenue of $352.1 million in the period, also falling short of Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $352.3 million.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $24.9 million, or 31 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $1.44 billion.
