uWink, Inc. is an entertainment and hospitality software company. The Company also develops and operates an interactive restaurant concept named uWink that incorporates and showcases its entertainment and hospitality software. Its real-time, multi-player game platform supports restaurant-wide, head-to-head and team game play, facilitates in-person tournament and multi-player prize games and is designed to eventually support restaurant-to-restaurant game play and simultaneous in-restaurant and online game play. The centerpiece of the Company’s entertainment offering is the uWink Game Library of casual, social games aimed at all ages, particularly women ages 21-35 and families. In March 2009, the Company completed the spin-off of its technology licensing business, Tapcode Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiary Tapcode, Inc.
