VALUENEX, Inc. announced that it will receive $300,000 in an equity round of funding on June 14, 2023. The transaction will include participation from returning investor VALUENEX Japan Inc. Post to the closing returning investor VALUENEX Japan Inc. will increase the capital to $1,300,000. The transaction is now expected to close on June to July 2023.
