For the half year, the company announced sales was CNY 418.309 million compared to CNY 761.838 million a year ago. Operating income was CNY 45.031 million compared to CNY 379.248 million a year ago. Net income was CNY 46.594 million compared to CNY 326.841 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.24 compared to CNY 1.7 a year ago.

The Company's product lines include dedicated short-range communications, dynamic weighing, laser inspection and system integration. The dedicated short-range communication series products include on board units (OBUs), roadside units (RSUs) and handheld issuers. The products are mainly used in electronic toll collection (ETC). The laser inspection series products mainly include single-beam laser radars, which are mainly used in traffic flow surveys, vehicle identification and classification, as well as vehicle contour size inspection. The dynamic weighing series products are used to detect the wheel load and axle load of moving vehicles, as well as the total mass of freight.
