Veidekke has signed a contract withAtrium Ljungberg for the construction of the new Bellmansgaraget in Hagastaden betweenStockholm and Solna. The project, which started this spring, with expected completion in Q2 2026, is a collaborative execution contract valued at approximatelySEK 452 million .Veidekke's assignment includes construction of approx. 14,000 square meters of garages, as well as basements and preparatory foundations for two new blocks to be built above, with connection to two planned bridges. The garage will provide space for bicycle and car parking and technical rooms for the future residential and office buildings above. Bellmansgaraget will be constructed above existing car tunnels, a railway tunnel and other rock tunnels, and the garage structure will form the foundation for the new blocks to be built in the north-east corner of Hagastaden.
