On January 19, 2023, Verano Holdings Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the grand opening of MÜV Navarre on Friday, January 20, 2023, bringing the Company's total dispensary count to 63 in Florida and 121 nationwide. A copy of such press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
