From November 29, 2016 to December 22, 2016, the company has repurchased 100,000 shares, representing 0.72% for KRW 847.38 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 100,000 shares, representing 0.72% for KRW 847.38 million under the buyback announced on November 29, 2016.

The Company operates in two business segments: bicycle segment and travel segment.
