Very Good Tour Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A094850) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 250,000 shares for KRW 2,007.5 million. The purpose of the program is to stabilize stock prices and to improve shareholder value. The program will be valid till August 9, 2019. As of May 8, 2019, the company had 549,107 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and 893 shares in treasury under other capacities.
