Vestas Wind Systems A/S discovered a cyber security incident on 19 November 2021 which involved external attackers compromising and gaining unauthorised access to data stored on Vestas internal file share systems.

The investigation carried out by Vestas has confirmed that personal data has been compromised by the attackers.
