DENVER (AP) _ V.F. Corp. (VFC) on Thursday reported fiscal fourth-quarter profit of $80.8 million.

The Denver-based company said it had profit of 21 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 45 cents per share.

The results met Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of eight analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for earnings of 45 cents per share.

The maker of brands such as Vans, North Face and Timberland posted revenue of $2.82 billion in the period, also meeting Street forecasts.

For the year, the company reported profit of $1.39 billion, or $3.53 per share. Revenue was reported as $11.84 billion.

V.F. expects full-year earnings to be $3.30 to $3.40 per share.
