VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities PLC - London-based investor in energy infrastructure - Net asset value per share as at September 30 falls 4.1% to 105.72 pence from 110.21p at June 30. Says the fall in NAV is due to the increase in the 20-year US Treasury rate to 4.90% on September 30 from 4.07% on June 30. "This increase resulted in a direct rise in the discount rates used in the valuation of assets for the period, and a resulting downward move in net asset value per share," VH Global explains. Declares dividend of 1.38 pence per share, up 10% from 1.25p a year prior.

Construction of 10 megawatt site in Nottinghamshire is progressing, company says, with first power expected in the next three months and commissioning of the integrated plant with carbon capture and reuse anticipated in the first quarter of 2024.
