From July 1, 2018 to September 14, 2018, the company has repurchased 10,000 shares, representing 0.1% for KRW 372.06 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 62,267 shares, representing 0.62% for KRW 2,903.62 million under the buyback announced on September 15, 2015.
Vieworks Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and distribution of digital medical imaging systems. The Company provides charge coupled device (CCD) type digital radiography (DR) detectors and flat panel (FP) type DR detectors with window-based diagnostic image processing systems; radio frequency (RF) detectors used in RF rooms and angiography applications, and other products under the brand name Maxxray, QXR, ViVX, Slimpac II, Sky and others. It also provides industrial cameras. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets, including the United State, Japan, China, Europe and others.
