This announcement is made by Man Shing Global Holdings Limited (the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 17.10(2)(a) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Growth Enterprise Market ("GEM") of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "GEM Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in the GEM Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the laws of Hong Kong).

The board ("Board") of directors of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders and potential investors of the Company that the Company is expected to record a substantial loss for the three months ended 30 June 2017 ("2017Q1") when compared with the profit of approximately HK$3.0 million for the three months ended 30 June 2016 ("2016Q1"). Based on the unaudited consolidated financial data for 2017Q1 ("2017Q1 Financial Data") currently available to the Board, the expected loss for 2017Q1 was mainly attributable to the non-recurring listing expenses in an aggregate sum of approximately HK$7.6 million incurred by the Group in relation to the listing of the shares of the Company (the "Shares") on GEM.

The Company is still in the process of finalising its unaudited consolidated financial results for 2017Q1.The information contained in this announcement is only based on the preliminary assessment by the Board of the 2017Q1 Financial Data available for the time being, which have not been reviewed by the audit committee of the Company.

The above information may be subject to further adjustment based on further updated information and following the finalisation of the Company's unaudited consolidated financial results for 2017Q1 and the review by the Company's audit committee.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to read carefully the 2017Q1 results announcement of the Group for the three month ended 30 June 2017, which is expected to be published on or around 15 August 2017.
