On December 14, 2020, Mr. Rouzbeh Yassini-Fard, notified the Board of Directors of Visteon Corporation (the Company") of his intention to resign as a director of the Company, effective as of December 16, 2020. Mr. Yassini-Fard served as Chairman of the Technology Committee, and as a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and the Finance and Corporate Strategy Committee.
