GaN Systems Inc. announced that it has received $150,000,000 in an equity round of funding led by new investor Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC on November 18, 2021. The transaction included participation from new investor Vitesco Technologies Group Aktiengesellschaft and returning investors including BMW i Ventures, Inc. As a part of the transaction, Vitesco Technologies Group Aktiengesellschaft acquired a minority stake in the company.
