July 27 (Reuters) - Vivendi posted on Thursday half-year earnings attributable to shareowners falling nearly 65% to 174 million euros ($191.38 million), citing a lack of positive operations similar to the first-half of 2022 with the contribution of Banijay to FL Entertainment.

Vivendi posted half-year adjusted revenue of 4.70 billion euros, up 3.2% year-on-year, and a group earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) increasing 7.7% from a year ago, to 444 million euros. ($1 = 0.9092 euros) (Reporting by Dina Kartit, edited by David Evans)
