Interim Dividend Currency Exchange Rate

On 2 March 2022, Vivo Energy plc declared a further interim dividend of 4.00000 US cents per share.

The default payment of dividends is in US Dollars. For shareholders who hold their shares through the London Stock Exchange, and have elected to receive their dividends in GBP Sterling, this announcement confirms the US Dollar / GBP Sterling exchange rate as at 8 June 2022, applicable for the interim dividend.
