MatHem i Sverige AB acquired Kavalleriet AB from VNV Global AB (publ) (OM:VNV), Bonnier Ventures, Inbox Capital AB, Nicoya Ab and others on March 23, 2023. Mathem will continue to operate the existing Kavall stores in Stockholm. The stores will eventually become part of the Mathem Express concept.
