Vox Royalty Corp. agreed to acquire Portfolio of up to four royalties and the rights to one production-linked milestone payment from a private Australian group for AUD 4.7 million.

Vox Royalty Corp. (TSX:VOXR) agreed to acquire Portfolio of up to four royalties and the rights to one production-linked milestone payment from a private Australian group for AUD 4.7 million on February 12, 2024. The consideration consists of AUD 4.70 million in cash.

As part of the consideration, AUD 4.70 million was paid towards assets. The transaction is subject to satisfaction of customary conditions as well as execution and delivery of standard transaction documentation. The closing is expected to occur prior to the end of Q1 2024.
