Voxel S.A. entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 51% stake in Exira Gamma Knife sp. z o.o. from Voxel International S.À R.L. for PLN 5.8 million.

Voxel S.A. (WSE:VOX) entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 51% stake in Exira Gamma Knife sp. z o.o. from Voxel International S.À R.L. for PLN 5.8 million on February 12, 2018. The purchase price of 51% of Exira, being 0.1 million shares, is equal to the amount resulting from the loan agreements concluded by Voxel S.A. with Voxel International as the borrower plus interest due to Voxel S.A. The payment of the above purchase price of Exira shares will be made by deducting the amount of loans to be repaid, plus interest due. The ownership of Exira shares subject to the contract of sale and all rights arising from these shares passes to Voxel S.A. upon payment of the purchase price.
