Zhai Qianyu, Dong Zhihong, Yu Xiaohua, Zhai Qianmin and Luo Nili signed an agreement to acquire unknown stake in Inner Mongolia Dingqi Early Childhood Education Co., Ltd. from Vtron Group Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002308) on March 26, 2021. Vtron Group Co.,Ltd. has received the first transfer payment of CNY 11.65 million as of May 21, 2021. The transction has been approved by Board and shareholders of Vtron Group Co.,Ltd. As of March 13, 2023, Vtron Group Co.,Ltd. received the full amount of the equity transfer consideration of CNY 21.65 million.
