Wal-Mart de México, S.A.B. de C.V. Announces Payment of Ordinary Dividend and Special Dividend

Wal-Mart de México, S.A.B. de C.V. announced that its shareholders had approved its proposal for distribution, which includes the payment of an ordinary cash dividend of MXN 0.87 per share and an extraordinary cash dividend of MXN 0.92 per share. The total amount of dividends is MXN 1.79 per share. The ordinary dividend will be paid in cash in three installments: the first of MXN 0.27 per share in June 24, 2020; the second and third of MXN 0.30 per share in November 25, 2020 and December 16, 2020.
The extraordinary dividend will be paid in cash in two installments: the first of MXN 0.45 per share in November 25, 2020, the second of MXN 0.47 per share in December 16, 2020.
