DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the announcement of Wanda Hotel Development Company Limited (the "Company") dated 18 October 2019 (the "Announcement") in connection with the Proposed Assignments and the Framework Agreements, which constitute major and connected transactions and continuing connected transactions respectively under the Listing Rules. Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

As disclosed in the Announcement, a circular (the "Circular") containing, among other things,

1. details of the Proposed Assignments, the Framework Agreements and the transactions contemplated thereunder; (ii) the advice and recommendation of the Independent Board Committee; (iii) the advice and recommendation of the Independent Financial Adviser; (iv) other information as required under the Listing Rules; and (v) a notice convening the SGM and a proxy form was expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 8 November 2019.

As additional time is required to prepare and finalise the information in the Circular, the date of despatch of the Circular is expected to be postponed to a date no later than 22 November 2019.
