Warehouse REIT plc (AIM:WHR) agreed to acquire 180 UK industrial estates from Hansteen Holdings PLC (LSE:HSTN) for £460 million on July 28, 2018. Warehouse REIT still needs to raise capital from investors to fund the purchase. Savills acted as real estate advisor for Warehouse REIT and will also lead the management of the portfolio once it is acquired.
