On an Internet website called "Suan, an antenna news site for the startup community" (the "Website"), an article titled "Nikkei-backedNasdaq-listed 'Warrantee,' profitable through a ponzi-like scheme? " (the "Article") is published.

The Article describes an air conditioning business by a company called "WR Rental Solutions Inc." and states that "the problem here is not caused by Warrantee itself, but by its subsidiary WR Rental Solutions". However, there is no evidence that WR Rental Solutions Inc. has ever been a subsidiary or affiliate of our Company (Warrantee Inc.), nor has it ever had any capital relationship with us in the past or at present. Therefore, the contents of this Article are completely unrelated to our Company and are based on a complete misunderstanding of the facts.
