Viva Energy REIT Ltd. announced that Michael Bradburn has resigned as a non-executive, non-independent director of Viva Energy REIT, with effect from 28 March 2017, due to his resignation as Chief Financial Officer of Viva Energy Australia. VVR announced the appointment of Lachlan Pfeiffer as a replacement non-executive, non-independent Viva Energy Australia director with effect from 28 March 2017. Lachlan is the current General Counsel of Viva Energy Australia in October 2014. He has over 12 years' experience working in corporate law including roles within mergers and acquisitions, private
equity, corporate finance and debt and equity capital markets in Australia, UK, USA and Europe. Lachlan's previous positions include seven years in London with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom advising clients and implementing various corporate transactions across UK, USA and throughout Europe, and with Norton Rose Fulbright in Melbourne advising across a range of corporate transaction and advisory matters. Lachlan is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
