Wendt (India) Limited announced that at the board meeting held on July 21, 2023, the company approved the resignation of Mr. N Ananthaseshan as Director from the Board at the close of business hours on 2nd August 2023 owing to personal commitments. He will be stepping down as a member of the Audit Committee, CSR Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Risk Management Committee and Chairman of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
