NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS

Milan, 27 March 2024 - With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting of WIIT S.p.A. ("WIIT" or the "Company") convened for 16 May 2024, WIIT informs that the following documents are available at WIIT's registered office, on the Company's website (https://www.wiit.cloud/it/), under the section named "Company - Corporate Governance - Shareholders' Meeting", as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE"(www.emarketstorage.com):

• (i) the annual financial report, including the separate financial statements at 31 December 2023, the consolidated financial statements at 31 December 2023, the Directors' Report, the report of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the report of the independent audit firm Deloitte & Touche S.p.A.;

• (ii) the non-financial statement for the 2023 fiscal year and the report of the independent audit firm Deloitte & Touche S.p.A.;

• (iii) the report on corporate governance and ownership structures, prepared pursuant to Article 123-bis of Legislative Decree 58/1998;

• (iv) the report on the policy regarding remuneration and fees paid, prepared pursuant to Article 123-ter of Legislative Decree 58/1998.
