Will Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603501) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 1,200 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of not more than CNY 97 per share.
The repurchased shares are intended to be used to safeguard the company's value and shareholders' rights. The source of funds for the repurchases is the company's own funds. The repurchase program is valid till February 29, 2024.
