Anshan Xiyan Commercial Information Consulting Services Co., Ltd. agreed acquire an unknown minority stake in Anshan Anheavy Duty Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., Liaoning Anheavy Duty Building Technology Co., Ltd., Hubei Dongming Petrochemical Co., Ltd and Jiangsu Zhongwei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. from Anshan Heavy Duty Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002667) for CNY 270 million on May 12, 2023. As of June 2, 2023, the transaction has been approved by the directorate of Anshan Heavy Duty Mining Machinery Co., Ltd.
