Winking Studios Limited (Catalist:WKS) entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding to acquire Pixelline Production from Lee Jie Way and Beh Yit Xian on April 8, 2024. Lee Jie Way and Beh Yit Xian hold 67% and 33% of Pixelline Production respectively. The transaction is subject to the parties entering into definitive agreement upon the completion of satisfactory due diligence by the Company.
