With reference to Winnergy Medical Public Company Limited (the "Company") has offered the newly issued shares by way of initial public offering (IPO) in the subscription period from 30 April 2021 and from 5 to 6 May 2022, in the number of 120 million shares with a par value of THB 0.50 at an offering price of THB 3.10, with a total offering value of THB 372 million. The Company has received the net proceeds (after deducting underwriting fee and other related fee) of THB 349.48 million.

In this regard, the Company would like to report the utilization of proceeds from the Initial Public Offering (IPO) as of 30 June 2022, as follows:
