A1 Fund 2 acquired 16.1% stake in SHINWON Construction co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A017000) from Wonik QnC Corporation (KOSDAQ:A074600) and WONIK Co., LTD. (KOSDAQ:A032940) for KRW 13 billion on November 14, 2016. Under the acquisition, A1 Fund 2 acquired 1.6 million shares at a KRW 8000 per share.
A1 Fund 2 completed the acquisition of 16.1% stake in SHINWON Construction co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A017000) from Wonik QnC Corporation (KOSDAQ:A074600) and WONIK Co., LTD. (KOSDAQ:A032940) on November 14, 2016.

The Company operates its business through three segments: medical and commercial segment, electronic components segment and rental business segment.
