WRIT Media Group, Inc. (OTCPK:WRIT) acquired Pandora Venture Capital Corporation for approximately $3.5 million in stock on June 20, 2016. Under the terms of the transaction, WRIT Media issued and held in escrow 14 million restricted shares of its common stock to the shareholders of Pandora, in exchange for all issued and outstanding shares of Pandora. Post-acquisition, Pandora became wholly-owned subsidiary of WRIT Media Group, Inc. On June 21, 2016, the Board of Directors of WRIT Media Group, Inc. appointed Boris Nayflish as an independent director to serve on the Board.
