Zking Property and Casualty Insurance Co. Ltd. signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 5% stake in Wuxi Huaguang Environment & Energy Group Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600475) from Wuxi GuoLian Development (Group) Co.,Ltd for approximately CNY 390 million on November 10, 2023. As per the transaction, Zking Property will acquire 47.2 million shares at CNY 8.35 per share. The transaction is subject to approval by the state-owned assets supervision and administration agency.
