Wuxi Huaguang Environment & Energy Group Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600475) and Wuxi Huaguang Electric Power Materials Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 51% stake in Nanjing GCL Gas Turbine Thermal Power Co., Ltd. from Gold Pinnacle Limited and Tianjin Qianyi Information Consulting Services Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) for approximately CNY 260 million on March 24, 2023. In this transaction, Wuxi Huaguang Environment & Energy Group will acquire 35% stake from Gold Pinnacle. Wuxi Huaguang Electric Power Materials will acquire 14.184% from Gold Pinnacle and 1.816% stake from Tianjin Qianyi Information Consulting Services. Nanjing GCL Gas Turbine Thermal Power has reported total assets of CNY 1125.36625 million and net assets of CNY 366.970415 million on June 30, 2022. The board of Wuxi Huaguang Environment & Energy Group has approved the deal on March 24, 2023.
