Fujian Zhengxin Holding Group Co., Ltd. signed a Share Transfer Agreement to acquire a 9.86% stake in Xiamen Zhongchuang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd (SZSE:300056) from Zhoukou Zhongkong Investment Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 330 million on July 17, 2023. As part of the transaction, Fujian Zhengxin will pay CNY 8.6 per share to acquire 37,998,405 shares.
Fujian Zhengxin Holding Group Co., Ltd. cancelled the acquisition of 9.86% stake in Xiamen Zhongchuang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd (SZSE:300056) from Zhoukou Zhongkong Investment Co., Ltd. on February 5, 2024. The deal was not approved by the state-owned assets approval department.
Xiamen Zhongchuang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd, formerly Xiamen Savings Environmental Co., Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture and sale of high temperature filtration materials used as key parts of bag type dust collectors. The Company is also involved in the manufacture and sale of key components of flue gas denitration, as well as flue gas treatment related build-operate-transfer (BOT) business in environmental protection industry. The Company's business also includes municipal solid waste treatment, hazardous waste treatment, recycling and disposal of waste electrical and electronic products, municipal facility management, water pollution treatment and solid waste treatment, etc. The Companyâs products and services mainly include filtration materials series, environmental protection equipment and environmental engineering. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
