On May 26, 2023, Linus Biotechnology Inc closed the transaction. The transaction include participation from new investor Y.A.,C. Holdings Co., Ltd, returning investors Bow Capital and David Bellet family office. The transaction included participation from 3 investors pursuant to exemption provided under Regulation D.
Y.A.C. HOLDINGS CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the development, design, manufacture, sale and maintenance of display related products, mechatronics related products and cleaning related products. The Company operates in three business segments. The Display Related segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of liquid crystal related products and precision heat treatment related products, as well as the provision of related services. The Mechatronics Related segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of hard disk products, semiconductor products, energy saving and clean energy products, solar cell products, industrial instrument products, control communication products, laser process products, precision cutting products and other products, as well as the provision of related services. The Cleaning Related and Other segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of cleaning products and mold heating products, as well as the provision of related services.
